Garbage Collection

Gilton Solid Waste  is contracted by the City of Gustine to provide garbage service to our customers.    

All calls regarding garbage service should be made directly to Gilton Solid Waste at
(800) 894-8980 and press 0 for live operator.

Residential Garbage Collection in the City of Gustine includes one brown container for refuse (household garbage) and one green container for garden refuse and paper-based recyclables.  Green containers are picked up on Tuesdays and brown containers are picked up on Thursdays (for residents who live West of West Avenue) or Fridays (for those who live East of West Avenue).  

For your convenience, extra brown refuse (household garbage) containers are available at an additional cost.  Please contact City Hall at (209) 854-6471 for more information.
