City Facilities
The City of Gustine rents out the facilities listed to the right. All rentals require a deposit, fee and liability insurance naming the City of Gustine as additional insured. Rental rates and deposits can be found below. All rules and regulations can be found to the right for all rentals in the City. There are further requirements for parties where alcohol is served.
• The City of Gustine requires liability insurance for ALL events held on City property with or without alcohol. The City also requires liquor liability for certain events, as determined by the City’s insurance carrier. No homeowner’s insurance policies are accepted – liability insurance MUST be purchased through the City or as a separate policy naming the City of Gustine as additional insured. Please contact City Hall for more information on liability insurance. The insurance requirements cover all City-rented facilities including the Al Goman Community Center, the Ed Petersen Shelter, the shelter at Henry Miller Park and the room adjacent to the library.
• A permit may be required from the Gustine Police Department.
• Security guards may be required and proof of contract provided to both the City administration as well as the Police
