City Attorney

The City Attorney advises and represents the City Council, City Manager and all other City Staff in legal matters related to the City.  The City Attorney attends all meetings of the City Council and other boards and commissions when needed.  Documents which the City Attorney prepares or advises the City on include:  resolutions, ordinances, contracts, bonds and other legal documents.  The City contracts with the law firm of Berliner Cohen for city attorney services.  The City Attorney may be contacted through the city administrative offices as follows:
